      Manage the training and evaluation of 20+ helicopter pilots and crew chiefs. Advise the unit commander on flight standards policies and best practices. Develop and execute training events. Manage unit training records. Train and evaluate pilots in UH-60M flight operations during day, night, NVG, IFR, and tactical flight modes. Rated aviator qualified on the UH-60A/L and UH-60M Blackhawk helicopters. Demonstrated capability in piloting, navigation, instrument flight, night vision goggle flight, planning, and combat operations. Over 1,000 flight hours, with over 500 as Pilot-in-Command. Over 400 hours during combat deployment. Primary adviser to the commander on mission survivability issues for a company of 10 UH-60M Blackhawk helicopters and over 40 air crew members. Lead trainer on mission planning and aviation tactics, techniques, and procedures. Responsible for training and maintenance of aircraft countermeasures. Unit expert on threat capabilities. Responsible for managing academic mission survivability instruction requirements for all company air crew members. Supervise the accountability, training, and usage of company communications equipment. In charge of security of encryption keys. Trains rated and non-rated crew members on usage of cryptographic devices, radio transmitters, and aircraft radios. Coordinates with battalion signal personnel to ensure 100% functionality of all communications equipment. Supervised weekly flight schedule. Maintained unit flight training program by coordinating standardization requirements, unit training schedule, and individual scheduling requirements to develop weekly flight schedule. Minimized flight cancellations and developed notification system for air crew members of other units that fly with the company. Originally appointed as a temporary substitute, then kept as permanent flight scheduler after two weeks.
