  Onboard, I was responsible for the planned preventive breakdown maintenance of all electrical, electronic, and refrigeration equipment, including navigation and bridge equipment, integrated system automation system and communication equipmentsDuring my contract I was successfully able to rectify the issues of navigation equipment such as X BAND RADAR ,ANEMOMETER,SAT-C and PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM and installed starlink on boardDuring my contract I was successfully able to rectify the issues of various engine room equipments such as MAIN AIR & DECKER AIR COMPRESSOR,MGPS,CONTROL AIR DRYER, FUEL OIL PURIFIER,BOILER & BWTSI was responsible for maintenance,testing and calibration of various process control instruments which include various temperature ,pressure and level sensors and gas detection systems,During my contract I was successfully able to replace faulty sensor on Main Engine and Auxiliary EngineCarried out weekly routine safety checks including testing of fire alarms and tank high level alarms , inspections of all emergency batteries , emergency generator,life boat and other electrical equipment.Responsible for electrical electronic equipment inventory control, and issued requisitions for necessary items Show less
