      As I was at entry level of my career, very minimal critical tasks i handled here. My job was to support HR team in their day to day activities such as.Onboarding/ Offboarding of CMC employees.Timely submission of salary invoices to finance for TP resources after receiving the invoices from theirvendor.Letter preparations - Exp. Letter & Releiving letter. These had to be prepared in advance and submitted for HR head signature to ensure there is no delay in sharing these with employee in his/her LWD.We maintained hard file copy for each resource who joined CMC irrespective of their employment type (TP, DC or Permanent). These were kept in a separate room and I was the key holder. Also I made sure these were properly labelled and kept in alphabetical order for easy search.To be part of different HR activities.       When there was an opportunity for PMO role, i shifted my career from HR executive. Previously I was working for CMC but as TP (Third Party) resource.These were my job responsibilitiesIn depth knowledge of TCS tool "Ultimatix".Continuous followup with Finance team to ensure smooth monthly billing.Most of the projects were from Central and State goverment. Due to this it was highy important to maintain the hard copies of each contract and invoices for future reference and this was one of the major responsibility I handled here.Payments were made through cheque instrument and this has to be collected from each site personally and submitted to finance with supporting documents for immediate payment clearance.There were weekly and monthly dashboards which the department head required for meeting with higher management. I ensured this report was shared a day before the meeting.Any other adhoc requests from HR team and my manager. Show less
