Show less -Layyah CCGT 1026MW Mitsubishi Hitachi M701F EPC Project.- Responsible for all process engineering deliverables, reviewing all related documents including but not limited to P&IDs, PFDs, system calculation notes, system functional descriptions, operation philosophies… providing documents approval or rejection for modification to comply with contract and process requirements.- Following project technical packages progress through the DMS “Document management system”, lead the technical communication between Owner and Consortium- attend project meetings, following up project technical progress reports.- Participate in HAZOP study workshops for GT and BOP “balance of plant”.- Responsible for managing project terminal points with existing plant, leading PTW process.- Provide engineering technical support, troubleshoot problems and develop suitable solutions for safe and reliable plant operation.- Following plant mechanical construction activities raising NCR if required.- Responsible for managing plant layout, lead site visits with Consortium to avoid any deviation from the approved plant layout. - Attend ECC “erection completion certificate” meeting and site visits as well.- Attended the following FATs:1- Run out test for GT11 shaft at Mitsubishi Takasago- Japan 2- HRSG (6 drums) Hydrostatic Test at ULP South Korea. 3- HP valve hydro test at Hitachi- Japan.4- Unit auxiliary transformer at Siemens- Italy.5- Firefighting pump “online due to pandemic”.6- Deaerator hydro test online due to pandemic Show less • Certified as “Senior authorized Person” - Responsible for following full plant operation “ power generation and water desalination” as per approved procedures, reported to “shift manager”- Authorized to issue, cancel and suspend full plant mechanical and electrical permits to work (PTWs)- Authorized to carry out electrical switching and isolations on low voltage and high voltage bus-bars and equipment’s including (6.6 kv, 11 kv, 33 kv & 132 kV ) • Carryout routine Testing and Scheduled Changeover of Duty/Standby Equipments.• Assist Maintenance in their daily PM and CM activities to ensure the completion of these activities and reschedule the pending jobs • Supervise all isolations before any maintenance or repair work is carried out on equipment’s as per SEWA safety rules before issuing the (PTW).• Supervise the equipments normalization after PTWs cancellation • Handling plant emergencies• Responsible for plant daily & monthly reports Show less
