  Hosted numerous regional, local, and state-wide conferences such as FLC, RLC, and SLC. Increased state membership by over 6.7%. Managed and allocated a yearly budget of over $450,000 as part of the NC HOSA Board of Directors. Collaborated directly with NC District House Representatives and both state senators to advocate for an increase in funding for the Carl Perkins Act, a vital financial support mechanism for CTE programs like HOSA. Personally in charge of pioneering a Mental Health program, therapists and psychologists were brought on-site to NC HOSA SLC to remedy the competitors' stress and anxiety. Expanded NC HOSA’s collegiate, alumni, industry, and sponsorship division. Created numerous social media campaigns to increase reach and interactivity.
