In this role, I aimed to become the voice of producer, delivering back to John Hancock their needs and how we can best solution those needs. As a National Account Director, I helped to drive sales and strategies within some of John Hancock's key account relationships. I supported accounts that included IMOs, BGA's, banks, wirehouses and producer groups. Through my 3 years of being on the National Account team and working with various types of accounts and producers, I gained extensive insights into different types of distribution models and their different needs.
