The report dealt with the cash flow and profitability of Debit, Credit, ACH, Wire, and Zelle transactions for the company.- Worked two full time positions with the company, first in the Cards and Payments department, then two months in the EFT department.- Worked with the Vice President of Operations to update Cards & Payment's management of Reg-E disputes, reducing communication time by incorporating Lean six Sigma visual managment techniques into branch practices.- Experienced in handing and processing Reg-E disputes, EFT payments, and card orders.
