      Responsibilities related to LFA Focal point:- Project Management: Together with the respective Team Leaders, monitor the performance of each LFA portfolio and the quality of services provided. Responsible of answering and being accountable to Global Fund regarding Swiss TPH quality of services provision for the mandate.- Technical: review, update and harmonize Swiss TPH standards of services within the LFA mandate at HQ and across the teams and countries in line with the Global Fund strategy and expectations. Ensure proper detailed planning of services in all countries and assist in identifying additional support (internal or external) when peaks of activities arise. Develop new services within the LFA mandates when feasible.- Financial and administrative: Supervise the functioning of all local offices. With the Head of Unit, review and validate all offices annual budgets. Harmonize the tracking of all LFA services.
