  I started off as broiler and moved my way into an internship during the summer of 2012. There I worked under Executive Chef Steve Heller as well as working exclusively with Sous Chef Brian Malone. I organized and helped develop recipes for our specials and menu items, as well as helped maintain quality of product through organization, leadership, and development of others' skills.
