  • Led a comprehensive investigation of the existing issues concerning the Load Cell and Split Ring Adjustment Program to validate safety and compliance of project scope, operations, and maintenance parameters for the 800-mile Trans-Alaskan Pipeline System (TAPS) Mainline Above Ground Support System.• Engaged in technical research, on-site investigations, and ensured accurate engineering documentation of crude oil and natural gas fuel pipeline support system design criteria and monitoring practices to convert a 5 year program to a 2-3 year program, assessing 33-50% of the pipeline for under/overloaded support structures per year. • Collaborated with Federal and State government branches of the Joint Pipeline Office (JPO) and private entities to enforce compliance and government regulations on project design reviews, maintenance, and surveillance standards following Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices at all locations of the pipeline support system mandated by Alaska’s Agreement and Grant of Right of Way (ROW).• Successfully completed and presented assigned project 3 weeks ahead of schedule and requested advanced project responsibilities including vibration analysis of structures and turbomachinery within pump stations and investigating environmental hazards affecting the stability and integrity of the Vertical Support Members (VSM) at specific locations on the TAPS.
