  I worked for Kiwi Construction as a builder. My role constituted of general building works and managing staff. The different projects we worked on ranged from fences, installing windows and doors though to deck construction. Though this period the team environment was very rewarding and beneficial to my development. The culture of this this company impacted me and helped in the growth of my own skills.
