  Initially starting as a part-time delivery driver alongside my private coaching practice, I was soon ‘fast-tracked’ onto the Tesco management programme (by Nov 17). Management positions held include Delivery Driver Manager (in charge of implementing and training customer service requirements and KPI’s both within Ashby store and on secondment to Loughborough store), Dairy Manager (maintaining customer fulfilment and service requirements during the busy Christmas period), I am currently Night Manager in a busy 24 hour store, ensuring prompt handling of store deliveries for maximum product availability for customers whilst ensuring excellent service is given to our customers. Management duties include: driver and driver hours logistics: staffing rotas; managing holiday requests and cover plans; management of sickness and absence including return to work/absence review meetings and procedures; health and safety; secure opening and closing of the premises and the petrol station to comply with Sunday trading regulations; recruitment and selection processes for my teams; disciplinary procedures; and, training and development of staff.
