      2010 - 2013
Certificate of Achievement in German International Business/ emphasis in German 3.725 GPA

It was at Grossmont College where I found out what my passion was. I was undecided during my high school years and was confused about what I wanted to do when I first attended this school. After switching my major a few times, I found out about the international business major and it really interested me. I dedicated myself to this field of study and soon transferred to SDSU to continue my quest towards earning my bachelor's degree and doing what I love.

      2012 - 2015
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) International Business 3.51 GPA

I really enjoyed my time studying at this school and I grew a lot. As an international business major I had to study a variety of subjects including supply chain management, marketing, finance, management, ethics, etc. My interests changed more often than I could have imagined but luckily I took a direct marketing course my last semester which really opened my mind. It was here where I learned how many different aspects there were to marketing and that it was much more complex than I expected… Show more I really enjoyed my time studying at this school and I grew a lot. It was here where I learned how many different aspects there were to marketing and that it was much more complex than I expected. My teacher was really out there but he absolutely loved marketing. It was when he began lecturing on data when I realized what interested me the most. Data, analytics, conversion optimization - it all seemed so fun to test and it makes a huge impact on a company. After years of not knowing what I was going to do in the future, I finally found my calling. Show less

      Takeout Server/ Certified Trainer

I started here as a busser and moved my way up to be a takeout server and a certified trainer for new employees. As a takeout server, my main goal was to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a manner that would make them happy and bring them back as repeat customers. I was a rock star server with dozens of regular customers who often requested for me to take their orders. Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with customers was one of my greater strengths. Some of my regular tasks included having extensive knowledge of our POS (point of sales) system, quickly learning seasonal menu items, adapting to constant changes, upselling, tallying bills and managing cash, having vast knowledge of the menu, organization, teamwork, opening and closing my section of the restaurant, familiarizing guests with our menu and specials, accurately recording orders, and running food. Marketing Intern

I was assigned this internship through a scholarship that I was awarded. It was a limited internship of 250 hours that was required in order for me to graduate. As an intern, I translated media and branding materials resulting in increased market potential. I also attended and took notes at market research meetings, used Microsoft Word/Excel to make graphic representations of market research data, translated corporate documents from German to English for prospective English speaking customers, sent out company emails, shipped and received mail in our company mail room. My role as a Planner focuses on forecasting ASIC needs and sourcing them in order to efficiently support our SMT schedule. I started off supporting our San Diego production facility while simultaneously planning WLAN card builds. Along the road I was tasked with supporting our manufacturing teams in Shanghai and Taiwan as well. A large portion of my role has been self taught because it is ever evolving in order to cut costs and improve our process flows. Tasks required by my role:● Provide project leads with a weekly forecast for NPI ASIC demand.● Keep track of continuous product MCN/PBS changes and advise planning/engineering teams onwhich version to use to ensure customers get the latest and greatest devices for theirprojects/programs.● Load demand for post CS ASICs in Rapid Response (Supply Chain Analytics Management Software) & create internal requisitions and sales orders (IREQ/ISOs) in Oracle to transfer material from offshore DC’s to our San Diego warehouse to support production.● Manage supply of all NPI ASICs between our San Diego, Shanghai, and Taiwan manufacturingfacilities and allocate according to supply availability vs the build plan● Support engineering requests for bring-up and rework● Continually communicate with local Product Test Engineers (PTE) to test NPI ASICs that have not had the test programs set up at our offshore SATs yet. Show less My position as a Planner overlapped with my other position as a Demand Planning Analyst where I often had to wear multiple hats. I am no longer planning but I am still a backup for other planners when they are sick or on vacation. As a Planner, here are some of the tasks that my daily workload required:● Analyze MRP systems to: efficiently schedule builds to meet the build plan, monitor the movement of material through the production cycle, approve or deny engineering material requests, and manage/allocate CCA orders for internal and external customers.● Perform product BOM analysis to ensure there are no gating shortages for CCA builds and workclosely with procurement to resolve any possible issues.● Understand and implement engineering’s last minute design changes (ECOs) as well as support RMA and product upgrades.● Write OARs (Operation Action Requests) to document deviations between MCNs on the BOM vs MCN alternates that engineering wants to build with.● Work with Program Managers, scheduling, ME & QE teams, and Shipping to quickly and effectively support customers with their product needs.
