Required complete revision of the plant portal and the SharePoint permissions strategy, including implementation of Azure conditional access. Also included creation of an online request and approval process, communication to plant and local IT, and support documentation. • SharePoint Designer access process – Implemented a more stringent approval process for granting access to SharePoint Designer. Required identification of out-of-compliance sites, cleanup of existing access, a new access request process, development of a policy and user agreement, and communication to affected users and IT.• Site provisioning tool rollout – Developed and managed requirements for an online tool that allows users to request new SharePoint sites.
