      Policy Formulation & Implementation: Design policies in consultation with the Legal Counsel, ensuring adherence to central and state labour laws & implementation of the same as per industry standards. HR Process Design & Implementation with SOP: Design HR processes covering the entire life cycle of an employee in the organisation in comparison to industry standards and implement the same with a detailed standard operating procedure.
