  • Key member of a research project into the personal experiences of Black & Ethnic Minority patients of NHS mental health services in Lambeth, UK. • Joined a team of 10 people as one of 6 Interviewers. However, as the project progressed all other members left the team until I was the sole remaining member, who carried the essential project and its findings through to successful national publication. • Subsequently - organized the individual findings and collated and analyzed the data; welcomed and onboarded new team members; and together carried the project through to publication. • Presented the project's findings to over 500 health service professionals at a national conference in London, informing their individual practice with patients.• The findings went on to inform nationwide decisions affecting Mental Health services and policy in the UK, potentially benefitting hundreds of thousands of people.
