  Assisted Work: No Child's Business (WNCB - https://wncb.org/ ) Program Team; which is a multi-country and multi-organization alliance that aims at eradicating child labor by the end of 2024. The WNCB alliance is supported by UNICEF Netherlands, Save the Children Netherlands, Stop Child Labor Coalition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Government of the Netherlands. WNCB India functions in three states of India namely Bihar, Delhi NCR & Rajasthan. My responsibilities included but were not limited to -• Planning, strategizing, and executing farm-based & non-farm-based livelihood interventions for the caregivers, and parents of the poor and vulnerable children who are potential child laborers in the intervention areas of the program.• Building institutional linkages of the partner organizations and building their capacities for effective implementation.• Organizing different state-level and national-level meetings and workshops for better coordination, strategizing roadmaps, and activity planning.• Handling meetings with the private sector players, and corporates to strengthen the ecosystem to discuss and make them realize and understand the child labor issue, responsible business conduct, and effective implementation of Child Rights Business Principles (CRBP) & Business Human Rights.• Strengthening effective reporting mechanism between WNCB India and Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) Netherlands, handling periodic meetings and reporting to the PMU Netherlands. Attending virtual webinars and workshops being conducted by WNCB AllianceMy other responsibilities included -• Mobilizing resources for the organization through drafting RFPs, Proposals, and Application submissions for different new projects and funding.• Assisting Resource Mobilization Team in identifying new opportunities, grant opportunities, fundraising, application to State & Union Governments fundings as well as International and CSR opportunities, Drafting Budget line, etc. Show less
