  Samen met 2 teammanager en 3 procescoördinatoren verantwoordelijk voor het volledige Potplanten distributieproces en het distributieproces van de Bloemistenklok in Naaldwijk. Direct verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 45 logistiek medewerkers. Naast de operationele aansturing van het proces ook verantwoordelijk voor de invulling van het jaarplan, het behalen van afgesproken en vastgelegde targets en het werken conform de Lean methodiek. Verantwoordelijk voor alle logistieke activiteiten op het Logistiek Sierteeltcentrum Bleiswijk. Deze activiteiten werden 24/7 uitgevoerd door een groep van 15 medewerkers, waarvan het grootste deel operationeel en een deel administratief ondersteunend. Responsible for 9 employees spread over 3 departments:* After sales / Customer service* LTS / logistic physical positioning of buyers in the auction building* Business office / delivering administrative support for multiple departments at this location For the period of one year I have supported the Logistic department at Eelde for 3 days a week. This task was combined with my current position as Teamleider Procesondersteuning at Bleiswijk. Responsible for a team of 24 employees and a logistic operation that involved processing 1/3 of the auctioned products at the flower-department.
