This experience combined with my recent university degree allowed me to venture into all the different areas of the I.T. projects that were required to provide business benefit to the company.Responsibilities: • Daily IT operational duties including server and network maintenance• User support and training• Projects to improve resort network infrastructure from cabling to new wireless networks• Managing daily management reports around reservations, planning and forecasting Achievements:Standardised the resorts networking infrastructure from cabling to implementation of new wireless networks Involvement with a wireless Point of Sale project for the restaurant staff using mobile devices to enhance productivity for them having their orders and receipts printing at the correct stations for prompt action. Multimedia project to replace the Resort’s DVD based in-house movie system with an automated Hard Drive based system. Another project required implementation of a state of the art multi-zoned audio system to cater for the different areas and functions of the resort.
