Oversee SOP implementation and other document analysis. Companies visited are coal mine (above and underground), palm oil, buildings, steel, pharmacy, food/agriculture, petrochemical, power plant (gas/thermal/water), plastic, high rise building (hotel, apartment), pulp and paper. Risk areas include operational risk, fire/explosion protection, catastrophe, natural perils, life safety, accident/incident analysis, stock management, housekeeping, electricity/power, surrounding exposures, security. Office Work: Write detailed report in English or brief underwriting information. The report consists of description of the visited site, about risk in exterior exposure, operation and occupancy, construction, utilities, natural hazard, fire protection, security, and probability of maximum loss in monetary term. Write separate risk recommendation report, based on best practices / industry research / government regulation e.g. NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), FM (factory Mutual), SNI (Indonesia National Standard / Standar Nasional Indonesia)Present to client about the recommendation, and give illustrated photo to compare existing condition with ideal condition.
