      Moved into European Team (EMEA) within the Outsourcing Division as Service Level Manager & Transition Manager. My responsibilities were mainly focused on Italian Customers to propose and implement a full set of services called Managed Service.Analyzing Customer’s need I defined the best implementation and delivery process, becoming the service contract owner and the main reference on the associated PKI, participating on recurrent monthly meeting and producing SLA and business reports with the final target to identify and implement the best corrective actions (improvement plan). I released technical books, technical info-notes, spare parts list, to allow all technicians able to deliver the ATMs maintenance service.
