Hard Drive failure predictor: Random forest classification model was able to predict over 55% of hard drives that would in advance on over 30K drives with less than 1% overhead on predicting working drives will fail.3. NLP model to analyze /r Science comments on Reddit: Uses non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) to establish a topic basis of over 200K comments to figure out what comments are being moderated or not at a high level.4. Machine Vision for QA - Steel Plate Defects: Using 50K+ images of steel plating to build a neural net that can identify both and type and position of defects from a QA image. Show less
