  The Y.LEAD Seminar is a week-long event comprising of a 15-Hour Challenge and several learning journeys, designed to facilitate experiential learning. At the same time, it is a platform for teenagers (of ages 15 to 17) from various schools in Singapore and different parts of the world, to acquire a heightened awareness of global social challenges, a values-based understanding of the role of leaders and a useful set of leadership skills.

  Belajar Bersama Maestro 2019 Talent

  Belajar Bersama Maestro (BBM) is a learning platform for students to be directly involved in the creative processes and daily activities of Indonesian artists. I was chosen as one of 300 talents among 6000+ applicants. I learned a lot of things from the music maestro Ayu Laksmi, one of Indonesia's most talented artist. She is a singer, songwriter, also a movie and theater actress.

  • Advocate academic needs fulfillment of 1900+ undergraduate management students.• Lead 143 functionaries from 4 operations and 3 bureaus• In charge for 2 grand projects, 6 projects, and 51 agendas• Create periodical organization strategic planning and grand design• Nominated as the top 3 “Lembaga Otonom Ter-favorit” Economics Golden Night Awards 2023 among 11 organizations at the faculty level. • Headed 2 divisions consist of People Performance (6 staffs), People Development (6 staffs), and 6 interns together with a secretary and 2 division managers.• Created department grand design including motion direction, projects and agendas concept, KPI, and timelime for a management period.• Monitored 9 agendas, 4 projects, and a grand project conducted by HMDM FEB UB. • Put efforts in maximizing the department functions, including staffing, integration, supervision and control, also development of both HMJM FEB UB functionaries and undergraduate management students.• Took part as Project Leader, Committee, Master of Ceremony, Moderator, and Performer in 10+ projects conducted by HMJM FEB UB. • Took on the role as a General Support that helped the running of Human Resources Department work programs during the remainder of the management period. • Was recognized as an Intern of the Month from Human Resources Department on November 2020.
