      I led this academic organisation through a successful merger in 2007, cultural change and redevelopment in 2005-6, and regeneration and rebuilding after a focal review in 1997. This executive role was amongst the most challenging change assignment in the University, with direct and indirect supervision of up to 75 staff, and revenue responsibility of over $10 million dollars (NZ).
