  1) Vigorously involved in maintenance with regard to troubleshooting, fault finding, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of plant instrumentation and controls including DCS & ESD System. (2) Hands on experience on DCS of “Honeywell Experion PKS R311” installed at main process area and “Allen Bradley control logix 5000” PLC system installed at utility area. (3) Prepare backups and ensure safe custody / storage of multiple numbers of latest backups of applications, database and other software for timely restorations of DCS / PLC control systems (Disaster Recovery). (4) Preparation, installation ,configuration and restoration of HMI’s and database on Honeywell Experion R311 Redundant Servers and client work stations. (5) JMC calibration of custody transfer equipment Gas chromatograph via DANIEL model 2350A using MON 2000 software with gas transmission and distribution companies. (M/s SSGCL and M/s SNGPL).and Also trouble shoots Daniel Gas Chromatographs and Analytical instruments like Moisture Analyzers, Silica Analyzers and oxygen Analyzers etc. (6) Preventative maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments installed at various location of the plant of different vendors like: Ametek-Chandler moisture analyzer “Moisture check 2000” installed at sales gas line, Ametek flue gases oxygen analyzer installed boiler’s stack, Rosemount PH/ conductivity analyzers installed at water treatment plant. (7) Hazards analysis and risk assessments of I&C jobs and accomplishment of company HSE policies and procedures. (8) Assist section head for preparation of annual maintenance budget proposal, their justifications and utilization through SAP system and also prepare Annual CAPEX and REVAX budgets..(9) Installation and Commissioning of Fire and Gas detection System at Purification Plant.
