  Company was incharge of providing WAN connectivity to all Govt. offices across Jharkhand state (JSWAN project). Was part of 5 member team whose responsibility was to ensure network availability in 7 districts. Reported to Zonal head as lead troubleshooter for our zone and neighboring zones as well. Daily task was to configure & maintain live routers, L2 switches, firewalls- Dedicated L1- L3 support : Prevented downtime of average 2 days per week by diagnosing network outages, ensuring lease line connectivity, synchronizing modems & converters, ensuring structured network cabling (STP/UTP/Fibre optic), resolving ISP related issues and monitoring networks visually (using WhatsUp Gold system).
