  Responsible for the health & safety performance across the UK, working with stakeholders such as insurers and regulators, investigating incidents, completing audits, reviewing risk assessments, writing heath & safety and safeguarding policies and developing the health & safety management systems.This includes developing an online safety system with a third party and implementing a role out across the business. This helps ensure compliance at all sites and effectively manage accidents to be more proactive in prevention rather than reactive to situations.
