      *Tex Town Ltd full composite knit garments manufacturing company. I am working with a K-Mart buyer as an Assistant Merchandiser.*Prepare T & A and monitor to Development, Sourcing, and Production area*Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.*Attend Buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager.*Source sample material, fabric material and get approval.*Lead sample development and PP meeting with consumption check and finalize during development.*Plan wise on time booking placement and ensure on time material ETA at factory.*All required submissions as per Buyer`s demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc;*Co-ordinate with the Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.*Coordinate with the Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.*Work closely with QA to ensure the best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to final stage of the production.* Communicate with buyer to get new order,problem solve which related to development stage.*Trims & Accessories booking(Carton,Poly,Zipper,Sewing thread,BCI tag,Hang tag,Price tag,Button,Care Label,Hangtag ETC.* Execute to samples for on time delivery.*Pre Costing-Bulk Fabric Booking and also Bulk shade approval from Buyer.*BP receive and check in every week,TNA & Production report sheet making send to the buyer, PI receive and send for open LC,Purchase Order sheet making(PO),BOM sheet making.
