      Manager of New Orleans office of nine (9) staff surveyors, active in all aspects of the marine surveying field. Oversees day to day office operations including scheduling, reporting, and invoicing. Able to conduct cargo, ship, and shore facility damage surveys; cargo condition surveys, on and off charter hire and pre-purchase vessel condition surveys; draft surveys of vessels and barges (liquid and dry bulk), bunker quantification, bunker detective, and cargo maximization surveys and various other marine surveys.
