      As a Digital Media Coordinator for Media Lab, the primary role of my job is to help develop an effective media strategy for our client, Westpac Banking Group and work across the implementation, optimisation and reporting of campaigns. My role focused on liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as the creative agency, client, and publishers to ensure that deadlines are met efficiently. In addition, I produce competitive landscape and market overview reports for the client using programs such as Pathmatics, Nielsen, BigDatr and AQX. Show less

      Roles and Responsibilities:• Help manage the workflow, briefing and review assets created by our internal Design Studio. • Consult with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimise in market campaigns to increase efficiencies and drive positive business outcomes. • Create and develop eDMs and customer journeys for bi-annual NPS Survey campaigns and other ad hoc email campaigns.• Maintenance, reporting and updating of our brand guidelines and brand asset requests. • Briefing, performance reporting and project management of Pepper Money’s in market 2022 brand campaign. • Assisting in the management of Pepper Money’s sponsorship properties to ensure delivery of awareness, lead and community engagement campaigns and corporate hospitality assets.• Project manage the rollout of the Brand and Tone of Voice training program for employees across ANZ and Manila. • Ongoing budget management and payment of suppliers. Management of the tender process and onboarding of new suppliers with the procurement team. Role Achievements:• Successful delivery and project management of Pepper Money’s 2022 ‘Making a Real Life Difference/Pepper Money Shout Out’ Campaign. • Rollout of Brand and TOV training program to over 770 employees over a 3-month period. • Project management and production of a 12-day photo and video shoot to develop a library of distinctly Pepper Money imagery and videos.• Development of Imagery Guidelines in conjunction with our brand agency to ensure the wider marketing team were utilising imagery that was on-brand.• Leveraging St Kilda’s resources to deliver multiple seminars to Pepper Money employees on, mental health and mindfulness, Aboriginal Culture and LGBTQI+ awareness.
