    Co-Founder & CEO of Mojro - A holistic take at solving Urban Logistics problems. Passion in Technology and it's use to solve Complex real life problems led me to venture into Mojro. Mojro is a SaaS & LaaS (Logistics As A Service) Platform looking at solving Optimization problems using Technology at its core and bringing in a lot of Process/Operational/Cost efficiency to our Customers. Prior to Mojro, have held Leadership positions in multiple IT Services companies. Have provided Leadership for many teams in a variety of projects that range from E-Commerce/Internet Technologies to Big Data & Analytics. Have experience in creating IP based Solutions & Platforms. I have advised senior executives on technology matters, given shape to product(s) from single line problem statement, define & refine architectures/designs, prepare and execute engineering plans, solve performance problems & sometimes write code – all which is required to lead team(s) to success.

      Overall Engineering responsibilities of large development projects which are complex in nature. The team sizes would vary from 50 to 150* Designed & developed an E-Commerce solution for Sony Asia Pacific from ground up. * Conceptualization, Design and Development of Pepsi Customer Connect (PCC) – Enterprise class Customer Master Data Management Application built to have a single copy of Customer information for Pepsi Cola North America Division. PCC maintains and supplies millions of Customer records to many business critical applications of PCNA* Design and Development of Global Web Platform in the Content Management/E-Commerce space that was rolled out for multiple divisions Show less Technical Leadership responsibilities for multiple projects. Key achievements were:* Designed & developed a reusable JMS framework for interfacing between an Online Trading Platform & National Stock Exchange. This framework was ahead of its time in the early years of J2EE.       * Product Managed, Architected & Designed a reusable Real time Big Data Analytics platform which solves a very unique problem in the Cyber Intelligence space. Among many other features, this platform has the ability to identify events from unstructured content in real time, has a comprehensive search & provides Big Data Visualization. I have demoed this application to CIOs of multiple domains and it has received very good feedback. This solution is now the top offering from the Organization.* Led a diverse team of Engineers & Analysts that built a product in the Immigration space which caters to multiple geographies. This is a project of national importance in Malaysia. I was responsible for conceptualizing the solution, Architecture & Design in addition to implementation of the project & taking it to production.
