  -Training of all the new members and assigning them their respective roles and responsibilities, overseeing all the core members as well as taking updates on the working of everyone's departments.-Negotiated with different small businesses and startups to provide us kind sponsorships -Made spontaneous changes and plans according to the sudden requirements -Designed the merch of our department -Responsible for top level management and working of the association team comprising of 40+ members- Planning and executing the conduction of various offline and online events, seminars, webinars and competitions.- Budget Management of the overall expenses of the association for the various events organized under the department.- Core supervisor of all the extended teams (management, sponsorship, cultural, digital and content teams), assigning them tasks and supervising their work. - Won the departmental elections despite strong competition.- Led a team of 50+ members.- Organized both offline and online events on large scale like : a) Comvision - Annual Inter College Fest. b) Freshers of the batch 2024. c) Farewell of batch 2021. d) Various seminars and webinars.-Received the title of Miss Hardworking and Miss Talented.
