I handle patching compliance for the center with a <1% unpatched vulnerability rating across geographically and discipline diverse systems. I manage internal incident response for all information security related incidents. As network administrator I manage the LAN and WAN connections for sites across the state.   I provide networking and system administrative support to the internal and external clients of Interwest Consulting group including several municipalities across the state of California. I mange both the WAN and LAN links for these clients as well as administer their Exchange, Office365 and Active Directory/Azure environments. In addition I manage the backup solutions for both Interwest and our clients. I provide one of the points of escilation for all IT issues.
