  •Project Execution:Managed and supervised construction of structures having quantity more than 25000 m³ of RCC in water supply projects.Structures:4 Pumping stations including 132 kv substation, G+2 staff quarters. River crossing bridge for 3m dia rising main(spanning over 24mtrs).Foundations of 5.5kms long Transmission line.Various in-line structures such as Thrust blocks, Road encasing & Discharge structures.•Project Management:MIS : Prepared various planning reports, such as 3M plan, 6M plan, Workmen mobilization report, Consumption & material reconciliation reports, Progress review reports. Documentation & drawing control.Client coordination & invoicing: Prepared invoices with supporting documents and bills of quantities within stipulated bill cycles. Coordinated the clients and the design team of the organisation for various inputs. Maintained report of cash outflow and inflow.Subcontractor billing:Produced monthly subcontractor bills & calculated executed quantities with the item rates. Monthly subcontractor royalty and material reconciliation report.Handled 15 contractors totalling more than 200 workmen strength at a time.Forest clearance:Surveyed and coordinated with various government depts for Forest clearance(Land area - 80ha) of Parvati Phase III & IV irrigation project.Environmental clearance:Contributed in preparation of supporting documents to obtain environment clearance.Land acquisition:Contributed in coordination and approvals from various government depts and private owners.
