  ◆ Key Responsibilities:• Assist the plant manager with the development of operative strategies.• Scheduling and controlling of production processes and preparing production documents.• Regular plant round to monitor process parameters, supervise operational activities, instructing supervisors, technicians and operators, ensure housekeeping and upgrade safety culture of the plant. • Interaction with supervisors, technicians and operators during round and discussion of problem/abnormality if any.• Involvement in process improvement initiatives, execution plan and implementation. • Process data analysis and CAPA wherever needed.• P&IDs and layouts updation.• Interdepartmental communication and co-ordination with Engineering, R&D, EHS, QC, QA, Warehouse, Project, HR & Admin department team members to carry out the day to day activities.• Implement and maintain new ideas and changes in operations.• Utilization of manpower to keep plant housekeeping in presentable condition.• Timely decontamination of empty drums/bag for disposal, sending residue drums to incineration and effluent to ETP plant.• Follow cGMP for blue collar employees including timely review, constructive feedback and define development plan.• Increased the effectiveness of the equipments handled in the production plant.• Applying chemical engineering concepts and technological knowledge for the enhancement of the product.• Responsible for setting and implementing the API plant facility.◆ Equipments Handled: Heat Exchangers, Vacuum Pumps, Reactors (GLR and SSR), Condensers, Centrifuges, Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers, Rotary Cone Vacuum Dryers, Vibrosifters, Multimills, Pin Mill, Air Handling Units, Air Washer Unit, Dynamic Pass Box, Wet Scrubber, Star Filters, Bag Filters and Cartridge Filters, Impulse Sealing Machine.
