  The Imperial Oasis Project is a visionary plan to recycle produced water from the oil and gas industry and supply a steady stream of clean water for agricultural use and farm soil remediation. The ultimate end goal would be to use some of this recycled water to reduce the salinity and improve the water quality and riparian system of the Middle Pecos river. FYI:26% of the salt load going into Lake Amistad comes from the Pecos River. We CAN DO better!
