  Civil Engineer

  SKD Groups is one of the largest construction and construction support group of companies. a Grade AA approved contractor at Ministry of Works. I have joined as fresh graduate civil site engineer to carry out the execution part of the construction projects. I have been working in Infrastructure, commercial and utilities projects, where I was stationed at Investment Gateway Bahrain for various of marine, infrastructure and utilities construction. As site Civil Engineer, for marine part, I was carrying out the site layout and surveying during the reclamation, providing day to day site management and supervision of the daily tasks. on other hand I was in charge of reviewing the working drawings to ensure compliance with the execution stage, where I was in direct contact with consultant and client. for the infrastructure part, I was carrying out the site layout and surveying for the underground utilities such as telecoms, water supply, sewage and electrical cables, that includes construction of the electrical grid and substations. As in charge of the site, I was managing the human resources assigned, and managing the health & Safety application and compliance. During the project, due to my diligence and commitment of the tasks assigned to me, I have carried out a Quantity surveying, estimation and QA/QC for a brief time. Show less

  Tasheelat Real Estate Services is a subsidiary of Bahrain Credit, Where Tasheelat Real Estate Services provides a comprehensive Real Estate services includes leasing, evaluation, Brokerage for different type of sectors includes residential, commercial, industrial and investment. I have been working as a Real Estate Valuer for over 4 years, conducting real estate and properties valuation, rental, research, consultation and advisory. Where I have successfully valuated over 400 properties in commercial, residential and industrial sector for up to BHD 3 Million. Moreover, while i was working as a valuer, I have been supporting and covering other departments in construction projects, development, facilities management and projects control. I have been delivering the company vision and strategic goals by increasing the awareness of valuation principles and application for private and public sector, where I have increased the earning of our department through establishing a business relationship with local investors, property developers, holding companies and banks, which results a long term and exclusive contracts.I have been continuously conducting a business analysis and business continuity development, where I have improved and enhanced the existing procedures, our valuation presentation and work professionalism. which led to increment in productivity, efficiency and earning. Show less the Facilities Management department at Tasheelat Real Estate concerning of providing Facilities management for the properties owned, leased and operated by Bahrain Credit. I have joined the company as a facilities and services coordinator. Due to my engineering background and experience in construction projects, I have escalated the efficiency and conservation of the facilities and services. I was involve in taking control of new buildings and transform them to habitable place, I was supervising the furnishing, commissioning and operation of the buildings, where i have been conducting day to day supervision of the operations, contractors and sub-contractors.After remarkable achievement of taking control of the buildings, i have been assigned with wider responsibilities for retrofitting, maintenance and operation of existing properties by managing the projects regarding the occupied properties, from the tender stage, from pre-tender to post tender and O&M, includes a site investigation, quantities, specifications, standards and contracts, call for tenderers and analyze the bids and awarding the contract. For post tender i was managing the exaction, compliance and and signoff completion certificate.As facilities in charge, i have reviewed the leasing, maintenance and operation contracts and history, where I have found contracts misconducting and non-compliance form the suppliers, contractors and tenants. I re-organized and improved the contractual application which led to savings on expenditures for more than BHD 100K annually. Show less
