I served as the day and night shift maintenance supervisor coordinating all aircraft maintenance functions for the unit's fleet of H-60 helicopters. This included all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, modifications, alterations and inspections. I provided leadership and direction to a workforce of over 30 maintenance technicians ensuring productivity and output, along with a building and maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
