  I work in Customer Service in Ireland West Airport. We handle flights for AerLingus to London Heathrow. We also would handle any other charters and pilgrimages in and out of Ireland West. We would handle private aviation from the handling request to escorting passengers from the aircraft to their cars, look after the billing of the flight including billing for fuel and other services. Other jobs we would look after are; PRM assistance, main switchboard, Flight Information Display system (FIDS), general passenger and customer Queries or issues. I do the cash up for all the airport to the bank and the loading of the ATM’s. I’ve got training in the following since I’ve started in Ireland West; Aviation Security Module 1 and 2, Dangerous Goods Course, Initial Weight and Balance Course (load-sheets) Manual Handling Training Course, Client Handling Training, Disability Confidence Training, Ramp Safety, Check-in and Boarding Procedures, flight dispatch, Fáilte Ireland Customer Service excellence course and the Aerodrome Policies and Procedures.
