  I served as the Senior Logistics Manager for a Ballistic Missile Submarine. I facilitated personnel training and performance evaluations of staff. I delivered oversight of assignments through identifying equipment, materials, requisite personnel, and skills sets needed to achieve operational and unit goals. Strategic relationships were fostered with leaders, colleagues, and specialized personnel to reinforce objectives and synergize operations. I tracked, reconciled, and expedited all requisitions.
