My key role was to support the sales team on a technical level involving standard and custom demonstrations and blind benchmarks mainly using SolidWorks and ProEngineer, and also to provide assistance in customer presentations, helping sales people to understand customers’ business processes with a view to building the final cost justification. Worked closely with software vendors i.e. SolidWorks Corp and PTC Inc. in order to ensure that we provided the correct software solution to the customer.
