Strategist for international co-productions.• Travelled to Germany & the Netherlands on behalf of Cape Town Opera management to meet with opera houses and theatres regarding prospective co-productions. • Company manager of the principal singers for tours to Barcelona, Madrid & Buenos Aires.• Responsible for the redesign of the Honour Code. By giving the performers the responsibility of writing their own Honour Code, they have more agency, but also more accountability.
