      1. Act as the contract managing lead for negotiating, budgeting, and contracting City Programs that include SF City Option, Healthy San Francisco, and Tertiary Care Programs (City Programs) with San Francisco Health Plan (“Health Plan”), UCSF, and other providers, other ancillary providers and vendors (collectively “Vendors”);2.
