      Design of high power combiner and RF parameter measurement of 162MHz experiment cavity. Independently measured the RF parameter of the 162MHz experiment cavity using Agilent vector network analyzer. And analyzed the common load characteristic of the 162MHz experiment cavity circuit.Designed a 180-degree high power combiner circuit using discrete components. The rat-race coupler was simulated by Agilent ADS software. The measurement of the four ports PCB using network analyzer con- firmed the simulation and gives a green light to build the high power version using COMET or Jennings vacuum capacitor. Performed various handcraft skills in circuit board soldering and de-soldering and tuning including the RF parameters tuning of the power combiner circuit. Show less
