      RESPONSIBILITIES AS A STORE KEEPER Inventory Control and follow up with Purchase Department to initiate the purchase order for stock and non stock materials. Follow up with Suppliers to expedite deliveries on time. Monitoring the Stock Level of Maximum, Minimum, Pre Order and maintaining the specified levels of materials. Forecasting, Planning, Organizing and Distribution of Materials. Ensure proper application of preservatives and identify SLOW MOVING, NON-MOVING, FAST MOVING surplus obsolete Scrap separately to ensure proper inventory turnover. Preparing and analyzing Periodical Reports of Stock and Material Movement, Periodical Stock Taking/Store Audit. Coordination with Procurement Department, Clearance Department, Suppliers and Area/Project Stores. Claiming for Damaged and Shortage of Materials. Ensuring proper Stacking, Safety and Security of Materials. Arrangement of Transport for Material Distribution. Hiring Heavy Equipment (Crane, Forklift and Aerial Platforms etc.)  Arrangement of Tools and Tackles (Capital Tools, Power Tools and Hand Tools etc.) Arrangement and Erection of Scaffolding Sets to various projects. Coordination in Project Mobilization (Arranging Porta Cabins at Sites and Office Setup ) as well De Mobilization. Accountability of Tools and Tackles, Office Equipment and Heavy Machineries. Receive materials in time with appropriate quantity. Issue the materials on w/shop or site requisition. Dispatch the finished materials with delivery note. Preparation of GRV for timely payment of supplier. Make store requisition for purchase department to prepare LPO. Material follow up for better stock control.
