Coordinated the B-2 Software Maintenance and STE repair/retrofit program execution and improved program management skills. Contributed to transitioning B-2 software maintenance capabilities to the AF organic team and headed GFE/CFE transfer. Headed the B-2 FRACAS tool optimization to improve sustainability. Evaluated cost and schedule and managed risks and opportunities. Planned material and build schedule for radar development programs. Performed MBW analysis and laid out build plan. Identified and helped to select suppliers. Performed radar affordability study for future pursuits. Designed B-2 and F-15 airborne radar antenna mechanical designs using Pro/E. Worked closely with the multidisciplinary teams to achieve unique performance and manufacturing requirements. Headed the F-15 antenna design team with 2 junior engineers. Selected and completed the 2-year IPTL Rotation program.
