  Head of communications for the artillerys rapid-reaction regiment. Facilitated, planned and delivered the global communications plan for multiple UK and overseas rapid reaction exercises, as part of 16 Air Assault Brigade and the Combined Joint Expeditionary Force. Military lead for the execution of the £1.2bn Defence Recruitment Partnership Programme across London, leading a 35-person diverse team delivering a data driven recruitment strategy. Operating within a delicate and demanding military corporate contract, requiring continual management and tact. Head of a multi-disciplined team within the rapid-reaction element of the British Army, held at 48-hours notice to effect, globally to deliver artillery and integrated effects, under pressure within constrained timelines. Managed 100 personnel held at very high readiness, ensuring that they were trained, aligned and rotated against a multitude of competing operations, whilst simultaneously identifying and controlling risk. Uncrewed aircraft specialist delivering intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance planning and execution within the British Army’s premier rapid-reaction brigade. Change manager enhancing operational effectiveness of the intelligence collection and analysis cell, informing future planning and implementation for senior commanders. Premier British Army artillery unit, providing support to numerous worldwide commitments as part of UK global strategy. Leading the management and development of 60+ personnel with varying degrees of experience and expertise and ensured their welfare, careers, personal and professional development was overseen diligently.
