      Oversee an operating budget of 3.8MM annually. Supervise a staff team of 65, including 4 direct reports, 9 exempt and 20 additional full-time staff. Project manage programs within the Youth & Teen Service area, including Community School programs, traditional after-school, camp, youth sports, physical education, workforce development, and youth aquatics. Oversee fidelity of and achievement of deliverables for Local, State, Federal, and Private grants. Association Lead for the Boys & Young Men of Color (BYOMC) Initiative, Middle School & High School Youth Program Cohort. Association lead trainer for Restorative Practices and trainer certified in First-Aid/CPR, & Leading People. Key accomplishments:- Wrote for and received over 4MM in grant funds since 2021- Presented at BYMOC (Boys & Young Men of Color) YUSA Conference & recognized as an emerging best practice site in the US- Assisted in the securing of over 1MM in donor contributions since 2022- Project managed and developed the Bayview Safety Swim & Splash water safety program, serving over 600 youth in free swim lessons in two years, winner of the MLK Jr. Keeping the Dream Alive Award (2023)- Opened the first Goodr Free Community Market on the West Coast within our MLK Jr. Academic Middle School program- Successfully implemented annual college tour experience program for Bayview YMCA program participants- Successfully created the Youth Aquatics Workforce Pathway, certifying and placing 25 youth in YMCA and other aquatics-related swim instructor jobs in the first calendar year of operation Show less
