Co-chaired a project which revolved around identifying and eliminating inconsistencies within a function performed across various regions. The team consisted of subject matter experts in the Compliance space and the expectation was for this team to ensure risk events are correctly assessed prior to reaching out to the business for further information; a critical part of the role was for the team to be able to differentiate between risk relevant and risk irrelevant transactional and behavioural patterns of SC clients in various markets.
