  I worked as Maintenance & Engineering Manager. Coordinated by the CEO, I managed about 60 people (5 white collars) in activities in a plant of 120.000 m2. I fixed and developed the project activities for the completion of the production site and the start-up of new installations of machines and production lines: 45 m€ of CAPEX. I worked with corporate departments (Marketing, Legal and Manufacturing) for the advancement of projects covered in the Business Plan (Company Planning) Maintenance Manager for plant and equipment of Scafati Plant. I had control over 40 people in Maintenance activities of the site, ensuring the reliability of the production facilities and utilities. Working with Plant Manager, I managed all technical and economic aspects: reduction of capital stock of warehouse (1.6 M€), EHS, contracts and procurement, budget maintenance, relations with external suppliers.
